Saddle fender hobble straps are used to keep the fender leather and stirrup leathers "hobbled" (or "bundled") together at the bottom of the fender just above the stirrup.  This also helps keep the stirrups secured in place.
For illustration, I have included photos of fender hobbles used on a pair of replacement saddle fenders.
Color:  Dark Brown~~Note: not a perfect color match but because hobbles are on opposite sides of the saddle, this should not be an issue. Light treatment of Neatsfoot oil will help blend if this is an issue.
